Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a cable bead manufactured by a single welding method, and a method for manufacturing the same. The method for manufacturing the cable bead comprises: a step of entwisting an outer layer wire with a core wire and the outer circumferential surface of the core wire to manufacture a twisted pair cable; a step of butt welding both end parts of the twisted pair cable; a step of thermally treating the butt welded twisted pair cable through primary treatment and secondary treatment; and a step of grinding or cutting a diameter of a welding unit which is butt welded to be 100-110% of the diameter of the twisted pair cable. 본 발명은 단일 용접에 의한 케이블비드 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 케이블비드의 제조방법은, 심선과 상기 심선의 외주면에 외층선을 꼬아 연선케이블을 제조하는 단계; 상기 연선케이블의 양단부를 맞대기 용접하는 단계; 맞대기 용접된 상기 연선케이블을 1차 및 2차에 걸쳐 열처리하는 단계; 맞대기 용접된 용접부의 직경이 상기 연선케이블의 직경의 100% 초과 내지 110% 이하가 되도록 그라인딩 또는 절삭하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
