FLUX CORED WIRE FOR SELF-SHIELDED ELECTROGAS ARC WELDING

The present invention relates to a flux cored wire used in welding of shipbuilding, plants, construction storage tanks and the like, and more particularly, to a flux cored wire for electrogas arc welding which does not require shielding gas from the outside. The flux cored wire according to the present invention, by weight for the whole wire, comprises: 1.5 to 4.0 wt% of alkali fluoride including CaF_2, in terms of F; 0.8 to 4.0 wt% of alkali carbonate; 1.0 to 2.5 wt% of SiO_2; 1.0 to 3.0% of Mn; 0.1 to 1.0 wt% of Si; 8.0 to 18.0 wt% of iron; and the balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities, wherein the CaF_2 is 2.0 to 4.0 wt% of the whole wire, and a ratio of the alkali fluoride to the alkali carbonate is 1.0 to 9.0. 본 발명은 조선, 플랜트, 건설 저장용 탱트 등의 용접시 사용되는 플럭스 코어드 와이어에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 외부로부터 차폐 가스를 필요로 하지 않는 일렉트로가스 아크 용접용 플럭스 코어드 와이어에 관한 것이다.
