Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a device and a construction method for raising an electric transmission tower, which are to uninterruptedly raise an electric transmission tower. The device for raising an electric transmission tower includes: a raising main leg (10) connected to a steel tower main leg (1) and guiding the rising of the steel tower main leg (1); a cage (20) installed between the steel tower main legs (1) and lifting a module (30) by a hydraulic cylinder (25) as the hydraulic cylinder (25) is installed and the module (30) is inserted into the cage (20); a first fixing member (40) fixing the lifted module (30) to the steel tower main leg (1) and lifting the steel tower main leg (1) in accordance with additional insertion of the module (30) by the cage (20); and a second fixing member (50) fixing the lower part of the steel tower main leg (1) raised and the upper part of the raising main leg (10). According to the present invention, the device for raising an electric transmission tower can uninterruptedly raise the electric transmission tower and can facilitate maintenance of the electric transmission tower. The device for raising an electric transmission tower can stably supply power in the maintenance by being applied to tracks in which an outage is difficult. 본 발명은 송전철탑을 무정전 상향하는 송전철탑 상향 장치 및 공법을 제시한다. 제시된 송전철탑 상향 장치 및 공법은 철탑 주주재(1)에 연결되어 상기 철탑 주주재(1)의 상향을 안내하는 상향 주주재(10)와, 상기 철탑 주주재(1) 사이에 설치되며, 유압실린더(25)를 설치하고 내부에 모듈(30)을 삽입하여 상기 유압실린더(25)로 상기 모듈(30)을 들어올릴 수 있도록 된 케이지(20)와, 상기 들어올린 모듈(30)을 상기 철탑 주주재(1)에 고정시켜 상기 케이지(20)를 통한 모듈(30)의 추가적인 삽입에 따라 상기 철탑 주주재(1)가 상향될 수 있도록 한 제1고정부재(40)와, 상기 상향된 철탑 주주재(1)의 하부와 상기 상향 주주재(10)의 상부를 고정하는 제2고정부재(50)를 포함한다. 본 발명은 송전철탑을 무정전 상향이 가능하고 송전철탑의 유지보수가 용이하며 휴전이 어려운 선로에 적용되어 유지보수시에도 안정적으로 전력을 공급할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
