Zusammenfassung:	An apparatus for providing a video call service according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a communication unit for receiving data on video or audio obtained from each of a first and a second terminal; and a combining unit for combining each of the received video or audio data, wherein the communication unit transmits a result of combination to a third terminal, and the first terminal and the third terminal are connected to the communication unit through the same account. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 화상 통화 서비스 제공 장치는, 제1 단말기 및 제2 단말기로부터 각각 획득된 영상 또는 음성에 관한 데이터를 수신하는 통신부 및 수신된 영상 또는 음성 데이터를 각각 합성하는 합성부를 포함하고, 통신부는 합성 결과를 제3 단말기로 전송하고, 제1 단말기 및 제3 단말기는 상기 통신부로 동일한 계정을 통해 접속된다.
