Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a mixed concrete composition using silica fume and a method for preparing the mixed concrete composition using silica fume, and more specifically, to a mixed concrete composition using silica fume which improves durability or stiffness of concrete by adding an admixture to the mixed concrete composition, and a method for preparing the mixed concrete composition using silica fume. A mixed concrete composition using silica fume according to the present invention comprises 5 to 15% by weight of water, 10 to 20% by weight of cement, 30 to 40% by weight of fine aggregate, 40 to 50% by weight of coarse aggregate, and 1.2 to 5% by weight of silica fume. Therefore, a mixed concrete composition using silica fume according to the present invention provides an effect that it can be applied to manufacture of various mixed concrete structures requiring high strength and high durability by mixing water, cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate and silica fume to prepare the mixed concrete composition, thereby improving dynamic performance of mixed concrete using a mixture obtained by mixing silica fume as a cement admixture with the mixed concrete composition.
본 발명은 실리카퓸을 이용한 혼합 콘크리트 조성물 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 5∼15 중량%의 물과, 10∼20 중량%의 시멘트와, 30∼40 중량%의 잔골재와, 40∼50 중량%의 굵은골재와 1.2∼5 중량%의 실리카퓸을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명은 물, 시멘트, 잔골재, 굵은골재 및 실리카퓸을 혼합하여 혼합 콘크리트 조성물을 구성함으로써, 시멘트의 혼화재로서 실리카퓸을 혼합해서 사용하여 혼합 콘크리트의 역학 성능을 향상시켜 고강도 및 고내구성이 요구되는 각종 혼합 콘크리트 구조물의 제조에 적용이 가능하게 되는 효과를 제공한다. |
