The present invention relates to a scrubber for a cooling water pipe of a mold and a method for scrubbing a cooling water pipe of a mold. More specifically, the present invention relates to a scrubber for a cooling water pipe of a mold, which can remove scales accumulated on a cooling water pipe formed in a mold through cooling water used for maintaining the temperature of a mold adequately, and a method for scrubbing a cooling water pipe of a mold. The scrubber for a cooling water pipe of a mold according to the present invention comprises: a storage tank having a storage section in which a scrubbing solution is stored, and a division plate for diving the storage section; an ejection pipe for conveying the scrubbing solution ejected from the storage tank to the cooling water pipe of a mold; a pump connected to the ejection pipe for pumping the scrubbing solution of the storage tank; a water circulation pipe for circulating the scrubbing solution used for scrubbing the cooling water pipe of a mold to the storage tank; and a filtering section installed in the storage tank for filtering foreign materials contained in the scrubbing solution circulated through the water circulation pipe. 본 발명은 금형의 냉각수 관로용 세정기 및 냉각수 관로 세정방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 금형의 온도를 적절하게 유지하기 위해 사용되는 냉각수를 통해 금형에 형성된 냉각수 관로에 쌓인 스케일을 제거할 수 있는 금형의 냉각수 관로용 세정기 및 냉각수 관로 세정방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 세정액이 저장되는 저장부가 구비되고, 상기 저장부를 구획하는 구획판이 구비된 저장탱크와; 상기 저장탱크로부터 토출되는 세정액을 금형의 냉각수 관로로 이송하는 토출관과; 상기 토출관과 연결되어 상기 저장탱크의 세정액을 펌핑하는 펌프와; 상기 금형의 냉각수 관로를 세정한 세정액을 저장탱크로 환수하기 위한 환수관과; 상기 저장탱크에 설치되어 상기 환수관을 통해 환수되는 세정액에 포함된 이물질을 여과하는 필터부를 포함하여 이루어진다.
