Manufacturing method of heating seat and apparatus for producing thereof

Provided is a manufacturing method of a heating seat, which is improved in surface smoothness. The present invention provides the manufacturing method of the heating seat including the steps of: a) weaving fabric with wefts including at least one carbon coated weft (W1) and a general weft (W2) and warps including at least one metal thread; b) cutting the woven fabric and connecting a power supply line to an electrode line portion where the metal thread is located among end portion of the woven fabric; and c) coating entire planar woven fabric including the woven fabric and the power supply line with an outer covering, to shield the fabric from the outside. The carbon coated weft (W1) and the general weft (W2) in the step (a) satisfy the following formula 1, 0.2
