Zusammenfassung: | According to the present invention, a redox vanadium flow battery electrode comprises: a one-direction carbon fiber textile having a carbon fiber arranged in the flow direction of a vanadium electrolyte at constant intervals, laminated in a mutual manner and carbonated after the needle punching; and a carbon fiber pelt tied each other, in which the carbon fiber is arranged in a random manner. All of the laminated directions of the one-direction carbon fiber textile, laminated on the top of the carbon fiber pelt, are the same. According to the present invention, the vanadium electrolyte passing through the electrode having an ion exchange membrane therebetween generates an oxidation-reduction reaction in a sufficient manner, and performs the collection to the electrolyte tank in a smooth manner.
본 발명에 따른 레독스 바나듐 흐름 전지 전극은, 서로 적층되고 니들펀칭된 후 탄화된, 탄소섬유가 바나듐 전해액이 흐르는 방향으로 일정간격을 두고 배치된 일방향 탄소섬유 직물과, 탄소섬유가 무작위로 배치되어 서로 얽힌 탄소섬유 펠트로 구성되며, 상기 탄소섬유 펠트 위에 적층 된, 상기 일방향 탄소섬유 직물의 적층방향은 모두 동일한 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명을 사용하면, 전극을 지나가는 바나듐 전해질이 이온교환막을 사이에 두고 산화 환원 반응을 충분히 일으키면서, 전해질 탱크로의 회수도 원활하게 이루어질 수 있다. |
