Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating obesity or hyperlipidemia and a method for preparing the same. More specifically, the composition for preventing or treating obesity or hyperlipidemia comprises 70 to 90 parts by weight of a Chinese balloon-flower and 10 to 30 parts by weight of the skin of Plantago asiatica Linne seeds, desirably 80 to 85 parts by weight of a Chinese balloon-flower and 15 to 20 parts by weight of the skin of Plantago asiatica Linne seeds. Also, the method is to show optimal effects of the pharmaceutical composition. According to the present invention, the composition has excellent effects in preventing and treating obesity and hyperlipidemia compared to oriental medicine which is used for daily uses for a long time, thereby being used for inhibiting advancement of various metabolic diseases and treating the diseases. 본 발명은 고지혈증 또는 비만의 예방 또는 치료용 약제학적 조성물 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명은 길경 70 내지 90 중량부 및 차전자피 10 내지 30 중량부, 바람직하기는 길경 80 내지 85 중량부 및 차전자피 15 내지 20 중량부를 포함하는 고지혈증 또는 비만의 예방 또는 치료용 약제학적 조성물, 및 상기 약제학적 조성물의 최적 효과를 나타내기 위한 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 종래 한의학적으로 임상에서 오랫동안 사용되어왔던 한약들에 비해 비만과 고지혈증에 대한 예방 및 치료효과가 우수하여 각종 대사 질환의 진전 저해와 치료에 사용될 수 있다.
