The present invention relates to a foldable reading desk. In the present invention, in the foldable reading desk in which a plurality of divided bodies supporting a rear side of a book are folded and unfolded in a transverse direction by a connection unit, a mounting recess (41) is formed on a rear side of the body (10) and a support (50) is received in the mounting recess (41) to prevent the plurality of bodies (10) from opening. Here, the support (50) is formed as a separate component to be separated from the body (10) and inserted into an oblique recess (48) of the rear side of the body (10) to slantingly support the body.
