Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an inverse air fender. The method includes: a first step of making a mandrel assembly by assembling a curvature forming mandrel with a curved surface and a cylindrical external diameter assembly to insert the body of the curvature forming mandrel; a second step of inserting an internal flange through the surface of the mandrel assembly; a third step of forming a rubber layer onto the surface of the mandrel assembly; a fourth step of forming a merged molded article by turning the rubber layer inside out after forming the rubber layer; and a fifth step of injecting air into the merged molded article and mounting the molded article inside a mold for curing. 본 발명은 반전형 에어펜더를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서 한쪽에 곡면이 형성되어 있는 곡면형성만드릴과 상기 곡면형성 만드릴의 몸통 부분을 삽입하는 원통형상의 외경조립체를 조립하며 만드릴 조립체를 구성하는 제1단계와; 상기 만드릴 조립체 겉면에 내부플랜지를 삽입하는 제2단계와; 상기 만드릴 조립체 겉면에 고무층을 형성하는 제3단계; 고무층 성형후에 고무층을 뒤집어 일체형성형물을 형성하는 제4단계; 상기 일체형 성형물내에 공기를 주입하고 금형내부에 장착하여 가류하는 제5단계; 를 포함한다.
