The present invention relates to a nozzle tip-replaceable burner for a gasifier, a method to operate the same, and a gasifier employing the same, and more specifically, to a burner for a gasifier, which sprays solid fuel slurry and an oxidizer into the gasifier and which comprises: a fuel supply pipe which the solid fuel slurry flows into and is discharged; an oxidizer supply pipe which is away from the external surface of the fuel supply pipe for a certain distance and in which the oxidizer flows into the space between the oxidizer supply pipe and the external surface of the fuel supply pipe; a fixed nozzle which is placed on the discharge end side and comprises a fuel discharge hole through which the solid fuel slurry in the fuel supply pipe is discharged, and one or more oxidizer discharge holes through which the oxidizer in the oxidizer supply pipe flows; and a replaceable nozzle tip which is detachably attached to the fixed nozzle by an attaching/detaching means and has a fuel spray hole and one or more oxidizer spray holes.
