Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a polyolefin-based porous separator. Provided is a high output battery with improved battery stability and cycle properties through a porous separator which can represent strength suitable to the separator by including a plurality of polyolefin-based porous layers, and limiting a thickness ratio, a composition, and so on of the porous layers, can have a small change in property caused by heat and pressure, and can secure electrolyte penetration and heat-resistant properties at the same time.
본 발명은 폴리올레핀계 다공성 분리막을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 다수의 폴리올레핀계 다공막을 포함하여, 상기 다공막들의 두께비, 조성 등을 한정하여, 분리막에 적합한 강도를 나타낼 수 있음과 동시에 열 및 압력에 의한 물성 변화가 적고 전해액 침투성 및 내열성을 확보할 수 있는 다공성 분리막을 통하여 전지의 안정성 및 사이클 특성이 유무기 향상된 고출력 전지를 제공한다. |
