Light emitting device package backlight unit and light emitting apparatus manufacturing method

The present invention relates to a light emitting element package capable of being used as a display or a lamp, a backlight unit, and a manufacturing method of a light emitting device. The light emitting device package comprises: a substrate wherein a first electrode is formed on one side with respect to an electrode separation line and a second electrode is formed on the other side; a light emitting element including a first pad which is electrically connected to the first electrode at a part and a second pad which is electrically connected to the second electrode; a reflection molding member which is installed on the substrates and forms a reflection cup unit where a front side is opened to induce light generated by the light emitting element to the front side of the light emitting element package and an upper side is opened to accommodate the light emitting element; an upper cover formed in a shape corresponding to the upper side of the reflection molding member to cover the opened upper side of the reflection cup unit of the reflection molding member; and a distance maintaining unit which is formed on the upper cover to maintain a certain optical distance between a light guide plate and the light emitting element and is formed to be protruding toward a light guide plate at the front side of the upper cover so the leading end is in contact with the light guide plate. 본 발명은 디스플레이 용도나 조명 용도로 사용할 수 있는 발광 소자 패키지, 백라이트 유닛 및 발광 장치의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 전극분리선을 기준으로 일측에 제 1 전극이 형성되고, 타측에 제 2 전극이 형성되는 기판; 일부분에 상기 제 1 전극과 전기적으로 연결되는 제 1 패드 및 상기 제 2 전극과 전기적으로 연결되는 제 2 패드를 포함하는 발광 소자; 상기 기판에 설치되고, 상기 발광 소자에서 발생된 광을 발광 소자 패키지의 전방으로 유도할 수 있도록 전면(前面)이 개방된 형태이고, 상기 발광 소자를 수용할 수 있도록 상방이 개방된 형태인 반사컵부가 형성되는 반사 몰딩 부재; 상기 발광 소자를 상기 반사 몰딩 부재의 상기 반사컵부의 개방된 상방을 덮을 수 있도록 상기 반사 몰딩 부재의 상면에 대응되는 형상으로 형성되는 상부 덮개; 및 도광판과 상기 발광 소자와의 일정한 광학적 간격을 유지할 수 있도록 상기 상부 덮개에 형성되고, 그 선단이 상기 도광판과 접촉될 수 있도록 상기 상부 덮개의 전면에서 상기 도광판 방향으로 돌출되게 형성되는 간격유지부;를 포함할 수 있다.
