Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a clad material manufacturing apparatus and method. The clad material manufacturing apparatus comprises: a surface treatment part which treats a surface of a metal material to increase a surface roughness of the metal material; and a heating press part which applies heat and pressure to a plurality of metal materials having treated surfaces to bond the metal materials to each other. As such, the present invention reduces a forming time and a manufacturing process of the clad material. 클래드 소재 제조장치 및 클래드 소재 제조방법에 대한 발명이 개시된다. 본 발명의 클래드 소재 제조장치는: 금속 소재의 표면 조도가 증가되도록 금속 소재를 표면 처리하는 표면 처리부; 및 표면 처리된 복수의 금속 소재에 열과 압력을 가하여 복수의 금속 소재를 접합하는 가열 프레스부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
