Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a radioactive substance decontamination method capable of decontaminating and removing a radioactive substance, deposited in an internal path, without cutting or disassembling a heat exchanger of a nuclear power plant, having a complex shape, and also conforming to environmental standards by controlling only pH before discharge by decontaminating the radioactive substance through the injection of hydrochloric acid into extracting water. To this end, the method to decontaminate a radioactive substance of a pipe member includes: a step (a) of extracting a radioactive substance, deposited on the inner wall of a path, by circulating the extracting water for the extraction of the radioactive substance through the path of the pipe member; and a step (b) of removing the radioactive substance, contained in the extracting water, after discharging the extracting water from the path of the pipe member. 본 발명은 복잡한 형상을 갖는 원자력 발전소의 열교환기를 분해나 절단하지 않고도 내부의 유로 상에 침적된 방사성물질을 제염처리하여 제거할 수 있고, 또한, 축출수에 염산을 주입하여 방사성물질을 제염처리하기 때문에 배출이전에 pH조절만 하여 환경기준을 준수할 수 있는 방사성물질 제염방법 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명의 방사성물질 제염방법은, 방사성물질이 내부에 침적된 관형부재의 방사성물질 제염방법으로서, a) 상기 관형부재의 유로를 통해 방사선물질 축출용 축출수를 순환시켜 유로 내벽에 침적된 방사성물질을 축출하는 단계; 및 b) 상기 관형부재의 유로에서 상기 축출수를 배출시킨 후 상기 축출수에 포함된 방사성물질을 제거하는 단계;를 포함하여 구성된다.
