ECO FRIENDLY PHOSPHORUS BASED FLAME RETARDANT PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ADHESIVE COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a flame retardant adhesive composition and a method for producing the same, wherein the flame retardant adhesive composition comprises: (A) 100 parts by weight of an acryl-based emulsion including copolymers including 0.5-10 wt% of a phosphorous-based emulsifier, 10-30 wt% of a phosphorous-based (meth)acrylic monomer, 55-89 wt% of (meth)acrylic monomer having an alkyl group having 1-14 carbon atoms, and 0.5-5 wt% of (meth)acrylic monomer having a carboxyl group; and (B) 5-30 parts by weight of an additive phosphorus-based flame retardant. The flame retardant adhesive composition exhibits superior environmental-friendliness and yet realizes superior flame retardancy, adhesive properties and bonding properties, and therefore, can be applied to products such as interior and exterior parts of buildings, decorative sheets, and interior and exterior parts of automobiles. 본 발명은 (A) 인계 유화제 0.5중량% 내지 10중량%, 인계 (메타)아크릴 단량체 10중량% 내지 30중량%, 탄소수 1 내지 14의 알킬기를 갖는 (메타)아크릴 단량체 55중량% 내지 89중량% 및 카르복시기를 갖는 (메타)아크릴 단량체 0.5중량% 내지 5중량%의 공중합체를 포함하는 아크릴계 에멀젼 100 중량부; 및 (B) 첨가형 인계 난연제 5 중량부 내지 30 중량부를 포함하는 난연 점착제 조성물 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 난연 점착제 조성물은 전술한 구성을 통해 우수한 친환경성을 가지면서도, 동시에 우수한 난연성, 점착 물성 및 기재 밀착성을 구현할 수 있어, 건축용 내외장재, 장식용 시트, 자동차 내외장재 등의 제품에 적용할 수 있다.
