APPARATUS FOR REMOVING MATERIALS ADHERED TO SURFACES

The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing a material adhering to a surface which, more specifically, rapidly and efficiently removes various materials adhering to a road mark painted on a road with a paint or a planar portion such as a urethane or adhesive sheet and an epoxy lining, improves a work environment by recollecting removed waste in an easy manner, and increases work efficiency. According to the present invention, the apparatus for removing a material adhering to a surface comprises: a main body (100) provided to be able to move on the surface with impurities adhering thereto; a space unit (200) which is open toward a lower portion arranged in the main body (100); and an adhering material removal unit (300) which is arranged in the space unit (200) of the main body (100). The adhering material removal unit (300) comprises: a plurality of rotation tools (310) arranged to cut the adhering material; and a joining axis (320) which is horizontally arranged in the space unit. The rotation tools (310) have joining holes (311) formed on the center to be penetrated by the joining axis (320) and joined to the joining axis (320). Therefore, the rotation tools (310) come in close contact with each other and are joined to each other in the direction of the joining axis (320). The joining axis (320) is rotated by a drive unit (400) arranged in the main body (100). 본 발명은 표면 부착물질 제거장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 도로상에 페인트로 도색된 각종 노면표시나 우레탄, 접착시트, 에폭시 라이닝 등 평면부에 부착된 다양한 부착물질을 빠르고 효율적으로 제거시킴과 아울러 제거된 폐기물을 용이하게 회수하여 작업환경을 개선하고 작업능률을 향상시키는 표면 부착물질 제거장치에 관한 것이다. 상기 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 표면 부착물질 제거장치는 이물질이 부착된 표면을 이동 가능하도록 제공되는 본체(100), 상기 본체(100)에 마련되는 하부로 개방되는 공간부(200) 및 상기 본체(100)의 공간부(200)에 배치되는 부착물질 제거부(300)를 포함하는 표면 부착물질 제거장치에 있어서, 상기 부착물질 제거부(300)는 부착물질을 절삭하도록 마련된 복수의 회전 공구(310) 및 상기 공간부에 수평으로 배치되는 결합축(320)으로 구성되고, 상기 복수의 회전 공구(310)는 중앙에 상기 결합축(320)이 관통 결합되는 결합공(311)이 형성되어 상기 결합축(320) 방향으로 상호 밀착 결합되고, 상기 결합축(320)은 상기 본체(100)에 마련된 구동부(400)에 의해 회전되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
