| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a semiconductor device and a semiconductor system. The semiconductor system includes: a first semiconductor device outputting a training entry signal and a transmission signal; and a second semiconductor device generating a selection code and a control signal in response to the training entry signal, controlling a level of a reference voltage for buffering the transmission signal in response to the selection code, and controlling the capacitance of an internal node outputting the reference voltage in response to the control signal.
