Light emitting device

The present invention provides a light emitting device capable of being protected from a temporary external high voltage such as electrostatic charges, etc. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the light emitting device comprises: a substrate; a plurality of light emitting cells arranged along a horizontal direction on the substrate at predetermined intervals; a connection line electrically connecting neighboring light emitting cells among the light emitting cells; and a first insulation layer arranged between the neighboring light emitting cells and the connection line. Each light emitting cell includes a first light emitting structure; a second light emitting structure arranged to be horizontally separated from the first light emitting structure on the substrate; and a protection line electrically connecting the first and second light emitting structures.
