Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an apparatus for reducing motion of a drillship which can reduce roll motion and pitch motion by installing a motion reducing structure which can be folded and unfolded, and be attached and detached on an outside plating of a stern, and diversify functions. The apparatus for reducing motion of a drillship comprises: a mounting unit installed on an outer plating of a stern; and a motion reducing structure which can be attached and detached on the mounting unit and reduce roll motion by lowering the structure below water surface when in an operation. 본 발명은 선미 외판에 접혀지고 펼쳐지면서 탈부착 가능한 운동저감구조물을 설치하게 되어 횡동요 및 종동요 운동을 저감할 수 있으며 기능의 다양화를 꾀할 수 있는 드릴쉽의 운동저감장치에 관한 것으로서, 선미 외판에 설치되는 장착구와, 상기 장착구에 탈장착되면서 작업(operation)시 수면 아래로 내려 횡동요를 저감시킬 수 있도록 하는 운동저감구조물을 포함한다.
