Zusammenfassung: | Provided is a method for producing an asymmetrical hollow fiber membrane for gas separation by semi-heat induction phase separation method, including the following steps: (i) acquiring a dope solution by mixing a polymeric resin, a solvent, a plasticizer, and a nonsolvent; (ii) supplying and discharging the dope solution along with a bore solution through a dual spray nozzle so as to produce a hollow fiber; and (iii) externally coagulating and winding the hollow fiber formed in the step (ii) so as to produce the hollow fiber membrane. According to the semi-heat induction phase separation method, it is possible to provide the asymmetrical hollow fiber membrane for gas separation, which improves selectivity and exhibits excellent mechanical properties.
본 발명은 i) 고분자 수지, 용매, 가소제 및 비용매를 혼합하여 도프용액을 얻는 단계; ii) 상기 도프용액을 보어용액과 함께 이중 방사노즐로 공급 및 토출하여 중공사를 형성하는 단계; 및 iii) 상기 ii) 단계에서 형성된 중공사를 외부응고 및 권취시켜 중공사막을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 세미 열유도 상분리법에 의한 기체분리용 비대칭 중공사막의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 상기 세미 열유도 상분리법에 따르면, 선택도가 향상되며, 기계적 물성도 우수한 기체분리용 비대칭 중공사막을 제공할 수 있다. |
