Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of tafluprost. According to the present invention, the tafluprost with a high purity can be manufactured in an economic and efficient manner, by reducing a ketone group existing in a cyclopentanone ring in a stereoselective manner and introducing difluorine after performing a 1,4-addition reaction of a -chain to synthesize prostaglandin E (PGE) derivatives, enabling cyclopentanone derivatives having an -chain to be a starting material. 본 발명은 타플루프로스트의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, α-사슬을 가지고 있는 사이클로펜테논 유도체를 출발물질로 하여 ω-사슬을 입체선택적으로 1,4-첨가반응시켜 프로스타글란딘 E(PGE) 유도체를 합성한 후, 사이클로펜타논 고리에 존재하는 케톤기를 입체선택적으로 환원시키고 다이플루오린을 도입함으로써 고순도의 타플루프로스트를 경제적이고 효율적으로 제조할 수 있다.
