Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a system and a method to manage a chauffeur service, and more specifically, to a system and a method to manage a chauffeur service capable of providing user convenience using near field communication (NFC) and reducing the consumption of labors in a chauffeur management center. The system to manage a chauffeur service according to the present invention comprises: a call NFC card distributed free-of-charge to store a server access command and transmission commands of customer terminal location information and customer information; a customer mobile terminal to execute server access operation if being touched by the call NFC card, generate customer terminal location information in real time by operating a global positioning system (GPS) module, read pre-stored customer information, collect the customer terminal location information and the customer information and transmit the collected information; a chauffeur mobile terminal to generate driver terminal location information in real time by operating the GPS module and periodically transmit the driver terminal location information; and a chauffeur management server to receive the customer terminal location information and the customer information from the customer mobile terminal, receive the driver location information from the chauffeur mobile terminal, select the most closest chauffeur mobile terminal from the customer mobile terminal and execute call operation. 본 발명은 대리운전관리 시스템 및 대리운전관리 방법에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는, NFC통신을 이용하여 고객 편의를 제공할 수 있으며, 대리운전관리 센터의 인력 소모를 저감할 수 있는 대리운전관리 시스템 및 대리운전관리 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 대리운전관리 시스템은, 무료 배포되며, 서버접속 명령과, 고객 단말기위치 정보 및 고객 정보의 전송 명령이 저장되는 호출 NFC카드; 호출 NFC카드에 접촉되면, 서버접속 동작을 실행하며, GPS모듈을 구동시켜 고객 단말기위치 정보를 실시간으로 생성하고 미리 저장된 고객 정보를 읽어낸 후, 고객 단말기위치 정보 및 고객 정보를 취합하여 전송하는 고객 모바일단말기; GPS모듈을 구동시켜 기사 단말기위치 정보를 실시간으로 생성하여 기사 단말기위치 정보를 주기적으로 전송하는 대리기사 모바일단말기; 및 고객 모바일단말기로부터 고객 단말기위치 정보 및 고객 정보를 수신하고 대리기사 모바일 단말기로부터 기사 단말기위치 정보를 수신하여, 고객 모바일단말기로부터 최단거리에 있는 대리기사 모바일단말기를 선정하여 호출 동작을 실행하는 대리운전관리 서버를 포함한다.
