Zusammenfassung:The present specification provides an apparatus for generating a command signal for a control rod and a shutdown rod of a nuclear reactor and a method thereof. Commands for operating a control rod and withdrawing a shutdown rod in the operation process of a nuclear reactor (for examples, a nuclear research reactor) are automatically generated. Thereby, the probability of occurrence for the human error of an operator can be reduced. The time required for the safety stop and the operation of the reactor can be reduced. The apparatus includes a database and a control part. 본 명세서는, 원자로(예를 들면, 연구용 원자로)의 운전 과정 중 정지봉 인출 및 제어봉 구동을 위한 명령을 자동으로 생성함으로써, 운전원의 인적 오류 발생 확률을 저감하고, 원자로의 기동 및 안전정지에 소요되는 시간을 단축시킬 수 있는 원자로의 정지봉 및 제어봉 구동 명령 생성 장치 및 그 방법을 제공한다.
