VACCUM PACKING APPARATUS AND ACTUATING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a vacuum packaging machine, and an operating method thereof. According to the present invention, the vacuum packaging machine comprises: a main body which has a vacuum chamber unit, and is connected to a cover to cover the vacuum chamber unit; a vacuum means connected to the vacuum chamber unit in the main body, absorbing air in an internal space of the vacuum chamber unit; a seal means linked to the cover, the main body, and the vacuum means, sealing the cover and the main body by a vacuum operation of the vacuum means; an external container absorption means connected to the vacuum means, absorbing the air in the internal space of the container positioned outside the main body, and connected to the vacuum chamber unit to supply the air absorbed from the container to the vacuum chamber unit; a valve means installed in an air passage among the vacuum means, the vacuum chamber unit, the seal means, and the external container absorption means, and selectively opening and closing the air passage; and a control unit linked to the vacuum means and an air passage switching unit and controlling the vacuum means and the air passage switching unit such that the air is absorbed from at least one of the vacuum chamber unit, the seal means, and the external container absorption means when the vacuum operation of the vacuum means starts. 본 발명은 진공포장기 및 그 작동방법에 관한 것으로 본 발명에 따른 진공포장기는 진공챔버부가 구비되며, 상기 진공챔버부를 덮도록 커버가 연결된 메인본체;와, 상기 메인본체에서 상기 진공챔버부에 연결되고, 상기 진공챔버부 내부공간의 공기를 흡입하는 진공수단;과, 상기 커버, 상기 메인본체 및 상기 진공수단에 연계되어, 상기 진공수단의 진공동작에 의해 상기 커버와 상기 메인본체를 밀착시키는 밀폐수단;과, 상기 진공수단에 연결되어 상기 메인본체 외부에 위치하는 용기 내부공간의 공기를 흡입하되, 상기 용기에서 흡입한 공기를 상기 진공챔버부에 공급하도록 상기 진공챔버부에 연결되는 외부용기 흡입수단;과, 상기 진공수단, 상기 진공챔버부, 상기 밀폐수단 및 상기 외부용기 흡입수단 사이의 공기통로에 설치되어, 상기 공기통로를 선택적으로 개폐하는 밸브수단; 및 상기 진공수단 및 상기 공기통로 전환부에 연계되어, 상기 진공수단의 진공동작이 시작되면 상기 진공챔버부, 상기 밀폐수단 및 상기 외부용기 흡입수단 중 적어도 하나에서 공기가 흡입되도록 상기 진공수단과 상기 공기통로 전환부를 제어하는 제어부;를 포함한다.
