FINANCIAL TRANSACTION SYSTEM AND METHOD BETWEEN INDIVIDUALS

Disclosed are a financial transaction system between individuals and a method for the same, which enable a loaner to receive repayment of a loan without difficulty by enabling the repayment to be systematically managed in the loan between individuals. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the financial transaction system between individuals includes: a guarantee contract management unit managing guarantee contract establishing and performing processes in accordance with a consent on a guarantee condition between a borrower and a guarantying organization on the loan condition which the borrower suggests and security; a loan contract management unit coming to an agreement of an individual loan contract between the borrower and loaner on the loan condition and managing execution process while the guarantee contract comes into existence, wherein the guarantying organization executes the loan contract instead of the borrower when the borrower does not execute the load contract, and the borrower executes the loan contract after the execution of the loan contract by the borrower is not completed; a loan contract execution request unit requesting for the execution of the loan contract from the guarantying organization instead of the borrower based on the guarantee contract when the loan contract is not executed by the borrower; and a guarantee contract execution requesting unit requesting the execution of the guarantee contract from the borrower based on the guarantee contract when the execution of the loan contract is not completed by the guarantying organization. 개인 간 금융거래 시스템 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 개인 간 금융거래 시스템은 대출자가 제시한 대출조건 및 담보에 대해서 대출자 및 보증기관 사이의 보증조건 합의에 따른 보증계약 성립 및 이행과정을 관리하는 보증계약 관리부; 상기 보증계약이 성립된 상태에서 상기 대출조건에 대한 대출자 및 대부자 간 개인 대출계약의 성립 및 이행과정을 관리하는 대출계약 관리부-상기 보증계약은 대출자가 대출계약을 이행하지 않은 경우 보증기관이 대출자 대신에 대출계약의 이행을 하고 상기 보증기관에 의한 대출계약의 이행 완료 후 대출자가 대출계약의 이행을 하는 내용을 포함함-; 상기 대출자에 의한 상기 대출계약이 이행되지 않은 경우 상기 보증계약에 기초하여 대출자 대신에 보증기관에게 상기 대출계약의 이행을 요청하는 대출계약 이행 요청부; 및 상기 보증기관에 의해 대출계약의 이행이 완료된 경우 상기 보증계약에 기초하여 상기 대출자에게 상기 보증계약의 이행을 요청하는 보증계약 이행 요청부를 포함한다.
