INTEGRATED CIRCUIT INCLUDING EQUALIZER CIRCUIT AND METHOD FOR ADJUSTING GAIN OF EQUALIZER CIRCUIT

An integrated circuit may include an equalizer circuit for equalizing input data which are successively inputted; a sampling circuit which samples the edge and the center of the input data equalized by the equalizer circuit by using at least two multiple phase clocks; and a gain control circuit which controls the gain of the equalizer circuit by using the edge of the input data and the center of the input data sampled by the sampling circuit.
