| Zusammenfassung: | An integrated circuit device includes: a substrate having a first area and a second area; a first fin-shaped active area having a first top portion which protrudes in a first direction from the first area; and a second fin-shaped active area having a second top portion which protrudes in the first direction from the second area and is wider than the first top portion. According to the present invention, the integrated circuit device can improve performance of each multi-gate transistor performing a different function.
