| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a fuel cell system which has enhanced energy efficiency. The fuel cell system comprises: a pretreatment device which removes impurities from a fuel gas, and enhances purity of methane; a modifier which converts the fuel gas discharged from the pretreatment device into a reformed gas; and a fuel cell stack which produces electricity using the reformed gas. The pretreatment device includes: an upgrading part which separates a byproduct gas containing carbon dioxide from the fuel gas; and a carbon removal part which removes carbon dioxide in the byproduct gas.
