Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a brake shoe and a manufacturing method of a brake shoe. According to the present invention, a manufacturing method of a brake shoe comprises: a web preparation step of preparing a web having a plurality of web teeth; a rim preparation step of preparing a rim having a plurality of rim grooves; an assembly step of assembling the web and the rim by inserting and matching the plurality of web teeth to the plurality of rim grooves; a softening step of softening the web teeth assembled in the assembly step using frictional heat generated by a rotary tool; and a compression step of compressing the web teeth on the rim grooves by pressurizing the web teeth softened in the softening step. 본 발명은 브레이크 슈 및 브레이크 슈 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 복수개의 웹 돌기가 형성된 웹을 준비하는 웹 준비 단계; 복수개의 림 홈부가 형성된 림을 준비하는 림 준비 단계; 복수개의 상기 웹 돌기가 복수개의 상기 림 홈부에 끼워 맞춤되어 상기 웹과 상기 림이 조립되는 조립 단계; 상기 조립 단계에서 조립된 상기 웹 돌기를 회전툴과의 마찰열을 이용하여 연화시키는 연화 단계; 및 상기 연화 단계에서 연화된 상기 웹 돌기를 가압하여 상기 웹 돌기를 상기 림 홈부에 압착하는 압착 단계;를 포함할 수 있다.
