The present invention relates to a valve plate for a variable swash plate compressor which can reduce processing costs and processing time of a valve plate by forming a front protruding unit in the front of the valve plate and a rear protruding unit in the rear of the valve plate by means of embossing, reduce assembly time and assembly costs of a variable swash plate compressor by accurately guiding a position of the valve plate with the front protruding unit and the rear protruding unit when installing the valve plate between a cylinder block and a rear housing, and minimize a defective rate generated when assembling the variable swash plate compressor. 본 발명은 엠보싱에 의해 밸브플레이트의 전면에 전면 돌출부를 형성하고 밸브플레이트의 후면에 후면 돌출부를 형성하여 밸브플레이트의 가공 비용과 가공 시간을 절감하고, 밸브플레이트를 실린더 블록과 후방 하우징 사이에 설치할 때 전면 돌출부와 후면 돌출부에 의해 밸브플레이트의 위치를 정확하게 가이드함에 따라 가변 사판식 압축기의 조립시간과 조립비용을 절감하며, 가변 사판식 압축기의 조립시에 발생하는 불량률을 최소화할 수 있는 가변 사판식 압축기용 밸브플레이트에 관한 것이다.
