Zusammenfassung:	A photoelectric conversion element evaluation device comprises: a probe light source configured to irradiate probe light to a photoelectric conversion element which is a measurement object; a pump light source configured to irradiate pulsed pump light to the photoelectric conversion element to which the probe light is irradiated; and a light receiving element configured to detect time dependency of change in an amount of the probe light obtained from the photoelectric conversion element. As such, the photoelectric conversion element evaluation device suppresses damage to the photoelectric conversion element. 광전 변환 소자 평가 장치는, 측정 대상인 광전 변환 소자에 프로브광을 조사하는 프로브 광원과, 프로브광이 조사되고 있는 상기 광전 변환 소자에 펄스상의 펌프광을 조사하는 펌프 광원과, 상기 광전 변환 소자로부터 얻어지는 상기 프로브광의 광량 변화의 시간 의존성을 검출하는 수광 소자를 구비하고 있다.
