Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a composition for manufacturing pretensioned spun high strength concrete (PHC) piles. The composition of the present invention is formed by mixing water, type I portland cement, type III rapid hardening portland cement, sand, gravels, a high-strength mixture, and a superplasticizer; and is mixed with a ratio of 40-80 wt% of type III portland cement and 20-60 wt% of type III rapid hardening portland cement. According to the present invention, the composition for manufacturing PHC piles is mixed with a certain ratio of the type I portland cement and the type III rapid hardening portland cement to be less sensitive to water/sand (W/S) variation range, and thus improves the inner hole quality of a product, thereby being able to: stably product high-strength concrete piles; improve the qualities, such as stability, watertightness, durability, etc.; and innovatively reduce manufacturing costs.
본 발명은 고강도 콘크리트 파일 제조용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 물, 1종 포틀랜드 시멘트, 3종 조강 시멘트, 모래, 자갈, 고강도 혼합재 및 유동화제를 배합하여 이루어지고, 1종 포틀랜드 시멘트 40~80 중량%, 3종 조강 시멘트 20~60 중량%의 비율로 배합된 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 1종 포틀랜드 시멘트 및 3종 조강 시멘트를 일정한 비율로 혼합하여 W/S 변화폭에 둔감하게 하여 제품 내공 품질을 향상시킴으로써 고강도의 콘크리트 파일을 안정적으로 생산할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 안정성, 수밀성 및 내구성 등의 품질을 개선하며 제조원가를 혁신적으로 절감할 수 있다. |
