Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a membrane-coupled SBR process with improved nutrient salt removal efficiency and, more particularly, to an SBR process in which additional denitrification of nitrogen oxidized in an aeration step is performed by an anaerobic stirring process being added after an aeration step and a membrane-coupled SBR process in which an SBR reaction tank is coupled with a membrane filtration tank for separation and discharge of a solid body from sewage. In the SBR process according to the present invention, anaerobic no-stirring inflow-anaerobic stirring inflow-aeration-stirring-precipitation is performed in the reaction tank, sludge discharge is performed in the membrane filtration tank, and MLSS is transported from the membrane filtration tank to the SBR reaction tank in an anaerobic stirring inflow step. The process according to the present invention is capable of significantly improving nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency in comparison to SBR processed according to the related art. In addition, the present invention is capable of reducing reaction tank specifications and membrane module facilities and enhancing economic utility by reducing the amount of sludge discharge.
본 발명은 염양염류의 제거효율이 향상된 막 결합형 SBR 공법에 관한 것으로서, 자세하게는 폭기 단계 후에 무산소 교반공정을 추가하여 폭기 단계에서 산화된 질소의 추가적인 탈질이 이루어지는 SBR 공법 및 SBR 반응조에 하수로부터 고형물을 분리 배출하기 위한 막여과조를 결합한 막 결합형 SBR 공법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 SBR 공법은 반응조에서 무산소무교반유입-무산소교반유입-폭기-교반-침전이 이루어지고, 슬러지 배출이 막여과조에서 이루어지며, 무산소 교반유입단계에서 막여과조로부터 SBR 반응조로 MLSS가 반송되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 공법은 종래 SBR 공법에 비하여 질소와 인의 제거효율을 월등히 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 반응조의 규격 및 막모듈 설비를 축소하고 슬러지 배출량을 절감하여 경제성을 높일 수 있다. |
