The present invention relates to a structure of an evacuation facility for road safety which can easily prevent an occurrence of a secondary accident by allowing a driver, a pedestrian, and the like who encountered an accident such as a car trouble or a car crash to safely evacuate to an emergency evacuation frame installed on the ground of a roadside. Furthermore, the invention can prevent growing of weeds on the ground of a roadside on which the emergency evacuation frame is installed, thereby preventing drivers view from being disturbed by the weeds. Moreover, the invention can easily prevent wild animals and vines from creeping into the road. 본 발명은 도로안전 대피시설구조에 관한 것으로서, 차량 고장, 교통사고 등의 안전사고를 당한 운전자, 보행자 등이 도로변 지면에 설치된 비상대피용 프레임으로 안전하게 대피할 수 있어 2차적인 사고가 발생되는 것을 보다 용이하게 방지할 수 있고, 나아가 상기 비상대피용 프레임이 설치된 도로변 지면에 잡풀 등이 생장하는 것을 방지하여 잡풀이 차량 운전자의 시야확보를 방해하지 않도록 할 수 있음은 물론 야생동물, 넝쿨 등이 도로안으로 침입하는 것을 보다 용이하게 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
