Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for preparing an effervescent tablet containing a blueberry fruit extract and an effervescent blueberry fruit extract tablet prepared by this preparation method. The preparation method according to the present invention includes: a blueberry fruit extract preparation step including: an extraction process in which an extraction liquid is prepared by 1,000 parts by weight of 60% ethanol aqueous solution being added with respect to 100 parts by weight of fresh blueberry fruit on a weight basis and extraction being performed for two hours at 45 degrees Celsius; a concentration process in which concentrate is prepared through depressurization and concentration of the extraction liquid at 30 degrees Celsius to 45 degrees Celsius; and a drying process in which a blueberry extract is prepared through freeze drying of the concentrate at 20 degrees Celsius below zero; a blueberry fruit extract powderization step in which 25 parts by weight of dextrin is added with respect to 100 parts by weight of the blueberry fruit extract prepared in the blueberry fruit extract preparation step on a weight basis and powderization is performed during mixing by the use of a mixer; a mixing step in which a mixture is prepared through mixing of 12.5 parts by weight of the blueberry fruit extract powder, 42 parts by weight of sodium hydrogen carbonate, 23 parts by weight of citric acid, 8 parts by weight of maltitol, and 14.5 parts by weight of additive on a parts by weight basis; and a tableting step in which the pill-shaped effervescent blueberry fruit extract tablet is prepared through tableting of the mixture by the use of a tableting machine.
본 발명은 블루베리 열매 추출물을 함유한 발포정의 제조방법 및 상기 제조방법에 의해 제조된 블루베리 열매 추출물 발포정에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명의 제조방법은 중량을 기준으로 블루베리 생과 100 중량부를 기준으로 1,000 중량부의 60% 에탄올 수용액을 첨가하고, 45℃에서 2시간 동안 추출하여 추출액을 제조하는 추출과정; 상기 추출액을 30℃ 내지 45℃에서 감압농축하여 농축액을 제조하는 농축과정; 및 - 20℃에서 상기 농축액을 동결건조하여 블루베리 추출물을 제조하는 건조과정을 포함하는 블루베리 열매 추출물 제조단계; 중량을 기준으로 상기 블루베리 열매 추출물 제조 단계에서 제조된 블루베리 열매 추출물 100 중량부를 기준으로 25 중량부의 덱스트린을 첨가하고, 믹서를 이용하여 혼합하면서 분말화하는 블루베리 열매 추출물 분말화 단계; 중량부를 기준으로 상기 블루베리 열매 추출물 분말 12.5 중량부, 탄산수소나트륨 42 중량부, 구연산 23 중량부, 말티톨 8 중량부 및 첨가물 14.5 중량부를 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 혼합 단계; 및 상기 혼합물을 타정기를 이용하여 타정하여 알약 형태의 블루베리 열매 추출물 발포정을 제조하는 타정 단계를 포함하는 것일 수 있다. |
