CUTTING ANGLE DEVICE

The present invention relates to an angle cutter for workpiece, and more specifically, to an angle cutter for workpiece which greatly increases work efficiency by simultaneously cutting, at an angle of 45 degrees, both sides of workpiece such as aluminum sashes or wood for configuring windows which are assembled in the form of a square or a rectangle. The present invention comprises: two guiding rails which are horizontally installed in a main body; a left cutting member which is mounted on one side of the guiding rails and cuts the left side of workpiece; a right cutting member which is horizontally moved along the guiding rails and cuts the right side of the workpiece; a stopper integrally coupled to the right cutting member; and a precise-adjusting piece which is additionally installed on the back surface of the right cutting member and the stopper and precisely adjusts the cutting length. 본 발명은 가공물의 각도절단기에 관한 것으로서, 이를 좀 더 구체적으로 설명하면, 정방형 또는 직방형상으로 조립되는 창호를 구성하는 알루미늄새시나 목재등과 같은 가공물의 양측을 45도의 각도로 동시에 절단하므로서 작업효율을 획기적으로 증대시킬 수 있는 가공물의 각도절단기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 전체적인 구성은 본체에 횡설된 2개의 안내레일과; 상기 안내레일의 일측에 장착되어 가공물의 좌측을 절단하는 좌측절단부재와; 상기 안내레일을 따라 좌, 우로 이동되면서 가공물의 우측을 절단하는 우측절단부재와; 상기 우측절단부재와 일체로 결합된 스토퍼와; 상기 우측절단부재와 스토퍼의 저면에 부설되어 절단길이를 미세조절하는 미세조절편으로 구성된 것이다.
