The optical member comprises: a matrix resin layer formed by polymerizing photocurable components; and a quantum rod dispersed in the matrix resin layer and aligned in a predetermined direction. Therefore, the optical member can reduce power consumption. 본 발명은 광 경화성 성분들을 중합시켜 형성된 매트릭스 수지층 및 상기 매트릭스 수지층 내에 분산되고, 일정한 방향으로 배향되어 있는 양자 막대를 포함하는 광학 부재, 이를 포함하는 백라이트 유닛 및 표시장치에 관한 것이다.
