Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a lighting device to improve an aesthetic effect by generating a shadow effect. According to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is the lighting device comprising: a first member to be arranged to cover a light source which emits light and to have a lattice structure where a plurality of holes are formed; and a second member to be arranged to cover the first member and to diffuse the light after transmission. The lighting device generates the shadow of the first member on the surface of the second member by the light of the light source. 본 발명은 그림자 효과를 발생시켜 심미적 효과를 증대하는 조명장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일측면에 따르면 빛을 분사하는 광원을 둘러싸도록 배치되며, 복수의 홀이 형성된 격자구조를 지니는 제1 부재 및 상기 제1 부재를 둘러싸도록 배치되며, 빛을 투과하여 확산시키는 제2 부재를 포함하며, 상기 광원의 빛에 의해 상기 제2 부재의 표면 상에 상기 제1 부재의 그림자가 발생되는 조명장치가 개시된다.
