MULTI-COMPONENT INJECTION MOLD

The present invention relates to a multi-component injection mold, which comprises: a first molding unit which includes a fixed block, a fixed core mold having a first molding groove and installed in the fixed block, a first rotary mold supported on the fixed block, installed rotatably on a support frame mounted to the fixed core mold so as to move toward the front side and rear side, and having second molding grooves on both sides thereof to form a first molding space for molding a first molded product with the first molding groove, a first driving unit installed in the support frame to allow rotation of the first rotary mold, and a first block operating section causing the support frame to move toward the front side and rear side to the fixed core mold; and a second molding unit which includes a movable block installed at the opposite side to the fixed block and having a movable mold, a rotary table installed between the first molding unit and the movable mold and rotated by a second driving unit, and a second rotary mold installed on the rotary table and having a second molding space to be matched with the movable mold for molding a second molded product and a third molding space to be matched with the first rotary mold for coupling a first molded member with a second molded member at both sides thereof. 본 발명의 멀티 사출금형은 고정블럭과, 상기 고정블럭에 설치되며 제1 성형홈이 형성되어 있는 고정코어금형과, 상기 고정블럭에 지지되며 상기 고정코어금형에 대해 전,후진 가능하게 설치되는 지지프레임에 회전가능하게 설치되며 상기 제 1성형홈과 제1성형물을 성형하기 위해 제1성형공간을 형성하는 제 2성형홈이 양측면에 형성된 제1회전금형과, 상기 지지프레임에 설치되어 상기 제1회전금형을 회전시키는 제1구동유닛과, 상기 고정코어금형에 대해 상기 지지프레임을 전, 후진시키는 제1블록작동부를 포함하는 제1성형유닛과; 상기 고정블럭과 대응되는 측에 설치되며 가동금형이 장착된 가동블럭과, 상기 제 1성형유닛과 가동금형의 사이에 설치되며 제2구동유닛에 의해 회전되는 회전테이블과, 이 회전테이블에 설치되어 상기 가동금형과 형합됨으로써 제 2성형물을 성형하기 제 2성형공간과 상기 제1회전금형과 형합되어 제 1,2성형부재를 결합하기 위한 제 3성형공간이 양측면에 형성된 제 2회전금형을 구비한 제2성형유닛;을 포함한다.
