Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a recombinant expression vector pEUI(+) comprising GAL4-VP16-EcR fusion gene, 10X upstream activating sequence (UAS), and multiple cloning sites (MCS), and to a method for regulating expression of a transgene using the same. A pEUI(+) gene inducible system of the present invention: has high sensitivity and reversibility, and low leaky expression; includes a singular vector including entire control units required for chemical inducement to the transcription of a target gene; and can induce coherent gene expression by an inducer. 본 발명은 GAL4-VP16-EcR 융합유전자; 10X 업스트림 활성화 서열(UAS); 및 다중클로닝부위(MCS)를 포함하는 재조합 발현벡터 pEUI(+), 및 이를 이용한 전이유전자의 발현 조절방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 pEUI(+) 유전자 유도성 시스템은 높은 민감도, 가역성 및 낮은 불완전발현(leaky expression)을 가지면서 타겟 유전자 전사의 화학적 유도에 필요한 전체 조절 유닛들이 구비된 단일 벡터(singular vector)로 구성되며, 인듀서에 의한 일관성 있는 유전자 발현을 유도할 수 있다.
