SANDWICH PANEL HAVING SELF FIRE EXTINGUISHING STRUCTURE AND SANDWICH PANEL STRUCTURES WITH SELF FIRE EXTINGUISHING FUNCTION USING THEREOF

The present invention relates to a sandwich panel having a self-fire extinguishing structure which comprises: a first plane material which covers one side of an inner core material; a second plate material which covers the other side of the inner core material and maintains a constant distance from the first plane material; an inner core material which is a thermal insulation material filled in a gap between the first plane material and the second plane material; and a plurality of fire extinguishing pipes which are inserted in parallel at predetermined intervals in the inner core material and retain an extinguishing solution at constant pressure therein. The extinguishing pipe releases the extinguishing solution, retained in the inner core material, as the surface of the extinguishing pipe is melted at the temperature of an ignition point or lower of the inner core material. 본 발명은 자체 소화구조를 가지는 샌드위치패널에 관한 것으로, 내부 심재의 일면을 덮는 제1 면재; 내부 심재의 타면을 덮고 상기 제1 면재와 일정한 간극을 유지하는 제2 면재; 상기 제1 면재와 제2 면재의 간극에 충전된 단열재인 내부 심재; 및 상기 내부 심재에 미리 정해진 간격으로 서로 평행하게 삽입되고, 관 내부에 소화액 일정한 압력으로 저류(貯留)하는 복수의 소화관;을 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 소화관은 상기 내부 심재의 발화점 이하의 온도에서 표면이 용융(熔融)되어, 내부의 소화액이 상기 내부 심재의 내부에 저류된 소화액을 방출하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
