Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a plastic optical fiber having lens function. An optical fiber lens part is formed by polishing a core part located at the end of the plastic optical fiber. According to the present invention, the lens part can be formed without a separate lens, by polishing the core part located at the end of the plastic optical fiber. Therefore, to improve existing light condensing efficiency, a method of adding an injection lens can be changed to a method of forming a lens part in the plastic optical fiber. Thereby, production costs can be reduced by reducing a manufacturing process for adding a lens. 렌즈 기능을 갖는 플라스틱 광섬유가 개시된다. 플라스틱 광섬유의 종단에 위치한 코어부를 연마하여 광섬유 렌즈부를 형성한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 플라스틱 광섬유의 종단에 위치한 코어부를 연마하여 별도의 렌즈 추가 없이 렌즈부를 형성할 수 있다. 따라서 기존의 집광효율을 높이기 위해 사출 렌즈를 추가하여 사용하던 방식에서 플라스틱 광섬유 자체에서 렌즈부를 형성하는 방식으로 변경할 수 있다. 이를 통해 렌즈를 추가하는 제조 공정을 감소시킴으로서 제품 단가를 절감시킬 수 있다.
