Zusammenfassung:	The automatic portable microalgae detecting device comprises: a sample holder having a sample containing microalgae DNA attached with a fluorescent material thereon; a light source unit which irradiates light to the sample; a light sensor receiving a photon emitted from the sample which received the light; and an analyzing circuit connected to the light sensor to quantitatively analyze microalgae DNA contained in the sample based on a wavelength of the photon received by the light sensor and an amount of the photon. 휴대형 미세조류 검출 장치는 형광물질이 부착된 미세조류 DNA가 포함된 샘플이 위치하는 샘플 홀더, 상기 샘플에 광을 조사하는 광원 장치, 상기 광을 입력받은 상기 샘플이 방출하는 광자를 수신하는 광 센서 및 상기 광 센서에 연결되어 상기 광 센서가 수신하는 광자의 파장 및 광자의 양을 기준으로 상기 샘플에 포함된 미세조류 DNA를 정량 분석하는 분석 회로를 포함한다.
