Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method to control a temperature of a urea-tank and a control apparatus thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method to control the temperature of the urea-tank comprises: (S10) a step of measuring a temperature to measure a temperature of a urea solution; (S20) a step of determining the temperature to determine whether the temperature of the urea solution measured in the step of measuring the temperature (S10) is a predefined temperature or less; and (S30) a step of a first opening to control a control valve (500) to simultaneously open a heating duct (200) and a rear heating duct (400) when the temperature of the urea solution measured in the step of determining the temperature (S20) is the predefined temperature or less. According to the present invention, the method is able to defrost the urea solution using an existing heater unit with no need for an additional heating system as in the conventional methods.
본 발명은 요소탱크 온도제어방법 및 그 제어장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 요소탱크 온도제어방법은 요소수용액의 온도를 측정하는 온도측정단계(S10); 상기 온도측정단계(S10)에서 측정된 상기 요소수용액의 온도가 기 설정된 온도 이하인지 판단하는 온도판단단계(S20); 및 상기 온도판단단계(S20)에서, 측정된 상기 요소수용액의 온도가 기 설정된 온도 이하로 판단된 경우에는 컨트롤밸브(500)를 제어하여 히팅덕트(200) 및 리어히팅덕트(400)를 동시에 개방하는 제 1 개방단계(S30);를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 종래기술과 같은 별도의 히팅시스템 없이 기존의 히터유닛을 활용하여 요소수용액을 해동할 수 있다. |
