PHASE LOCK DETECTOR AND DETECTION METHOD

The present invention relates to a method for detecting a phase lock and a phase lock detecting device. The phase lock detecting device includes: a first frequency demultiplier separately dividing first pulse signals and second pulse signals; a phase frequency detector outputting third pulse signals and fourth pulse signals corresponding to a phase difference between the divided first pulse signals and the divided second pulse signals; a second frequency demultiplier separately dividing the third and fourth pulse signals and the fourth pulse signals; and a determining device for determining a phase lock of the second pulse signals based on the divided third pulse signals and the divided fourth pulse signals. 본 발명은 위상의 고정 여부를 검출하기 위한 방법 및 위상 고정 검출 장치에 관한 것으로서, 상기 위상 고정 검출 장치는 제 1 펄스 신호 및 제 2 펄스 신호를 각각 분주하는 제 1 분주기와, 분주된 상기 제 1 펄스 신호 및 분주된 상기 제 2 펄스 신호의 위상 차이에 대응되는 제 3 펄스 신호 및 제 4 펄스 신호를 출력하는 위상 주파수 검출기와, 상기 제 3 펄스 신호 및 상기 제 4 펄스 신호를 각각 분주하는 제 2 분주기와, 분주된 상기 제 3 펄스 신호 및 분주된 상기 제 4 펄스 신호에 기초하여 상기 제 2 펄스 신호의 위상 고정 여부를 결정하는 결정기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
