Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a buffer block sheet for manufacturing buffer block for supporting a plate glass buffering and absorbing an impact transmitted to a planar glass inserted into an inner coupling groove of a window frame when a window frame is assembled. The buffer block sheet for manufacturing a buffer block for supporting plate glass is formed of a wasted resource, such as wasted vinyl, and increases work efficiency and user convenience by cutting into the required size in an assembling field regardless of the size of the coupling groove of the window frame, thereby providing an economical effect by preventing environment pollution and recycling resources. The buffer block for supporting a planar glass comprises: a planar buffer block sheet collecting, crushing, and melting waste vinyl and then formed in an injection or extruding manner through a forming machine; and multiple buffer block bands formed at regular intervals by having cut grooves formed on a buffer block sheet at regular intervals. The buffer block bands are cut and separated from the buffer block sheet using the cut grooves when in use, and then a buffer block is obtained by cutting the buffer block band into a required length and is inserted into a coupling groove of the window frame when the window is assembled. 본 발명은 창호조립시 창틀의 내측 결합홈에 끼워 판유리에 전달되는 충격을 완충, 흡수하는 판유리 받침용 완충블럭을 구성함에 있어서, 창틀의 결합홈 크기에 관계없이 조립현장에서 필요한 크기로 절단사용할 수 있게 함으로서, 사용의 편의성과 작업의 효율성이 증진되게 함과 동시에 상기 완충블럭을 폐비닐과 같은 폐자원을 이용하여 성형토록 함으로서, 환경오염방지와 자원재활용을 통한 경제적인 효과를 기대할 수 있게 한 것이다. 상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 수단으로서, 본 발명은 판유리 받침용 완충블럭을 제공함에 있어서, 폐비닐을 수거, 파쇄, 용융한 다음 성형기를 통하여 사출 또는 압출형태로 판상의 완충블럭시트를 성형하고, 상기 완충블럭시트에 등간격으로 절취홈을 구성하여 여러개의 완충블럭밴드가 등간격으로 구성되게 하고, 사용시 절취홈을 이용하여 완충블럭시트로부터 완충블럭밴드를 찢어 분리시킨 다음, 상기 완충블럭밴드를 필요한 길이로 절단하여 완충블럭을 얻고, 상기 완충블럭을 창호조립시 창틀의 결합홈에 끼워 사용할 수 있게 한 것이다.
