Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to construction of a cast-in-place (CIP) retaining wall, which is to prevent the ground from being collapsed in excavation construction for building a basement structure. A concrete filled steel tube (CFT) pile performing a function of an H-pile of the CIP retaining wall is constructed by: (a) a step of inserting a casing for a CFT into a bored hole while forming the bored hole by drilling a bedrock layer to a predetermined depth and inserting the casing for a CFT into the bored hole in order for a front end of the casing for a CFT to be located on the upper surface of the bedrock layer; (b) a step of inserting a steel tube for a pile into the casing inserted into the bored hole and installing the steel tube for a pile in order for the front end of the steel tube for a pile to be located on the bottom of the bored hole of the bedrock layer, wherein the outer diameter of the steel tube for a pile is smaller than the inner diameter of the casing (15) for a CFT, and connection hardware is attached in advance to the steel tube for a pile; (c) a step of placing concrete into the steel tube for a pile and charging a non-freezing type filler between the inner surface of the casing for a CFT and the outer surface of the steel tube for a pile; and (d) a step of removing the casing for a CFT.
본 발명은 지하구조물의 구축을 위한 굴착공사시에 지반의 붕괴를 방지하기 위한 CIP흙막이 벽체의 시공에 관한 것으로서, 상기 CIP흙막이 벽체의 엄지말뚝 기능을 하는 CFT말뚝은 a) 암반층의 일정깊이까지 천공하여 천공홀을 형성시키면서 동시에 CFT용 케이싱을 상기 천공홀에 CFT용 케이싱을 근입시키되 상기 CFT용 케이싱은 선단이 암반층의 상면에 위치하도록, CFT용 케이싱을 천공홀에 근입시키는 단계; b) 천공홀에 삽입된 케이싱 내부에 외경이 상기 CFT용 케이싱(15)의 내경보다 작고 연결철물이 선 부착된 말뚝용 강관을 삽입하되, 상기 말뚝용 강관의 선단이 암반층의 천공홀 저면에 위치하도록 말뚝용 강관을 설치하는 단계; c) 상기 말뚝용 강관내부에 콘크리트를 타설하고 CFT용 케이싱의 내면과 말뚝용 강관의 외면 사이에 비응고형 채움재를 충전시키는 단계; d) CFT용 케이싱을 제거하는 단계;에 의하여 구축된다. |
