무소음화학팽창제를 이용한 해양암반 해체공법

The present invention relates to a demolition method of bedrock in the sea using soundless chemical demolition agents (SCDA) and, more specifically, to a demolition method of bedrock in the sea using SCDA, which minimizes the contact with water and prevents the loss of SCDA. The demolition method of bedrock in the sea using SCDA comprises: a step (a) of preparing a bag, a water cutoff cap, and an O-ring band; a step (b) of fixing the bag to the water cutoff bag; a step (c) of covering the outer surface of the water cutoff cap with the O-ring band made of an elastic material and then inserting the bag and the water cutoff cap into a hole in bedrock to be demolished; a step (d) of connecting a primary coupling pipe to the end of a hose and screwing the primary coupling pipe to the water cutoff cap; and a step (e) of injecting SCDA into the bag through the hose. 본 발명은 무소음화학팽창제를 이용한 해양암반 해체공법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 해양암반의 홀에 무소음화학팽창제를 직접 주입하는 대신 해체용 용기를 홀에 삽입한 후 해체용 용기의 내부에 무소음화학팽창제를 주입함으로써, 물과의 접촉을 최소화하고 파도 등에 의한 무소음화학팽창제의 유실을 방지할 수 있으며, 탄성 재질의 주머니를 사용하여 주머니 내부에 수용된 무소음화학팽창제의 팽창력을 해양암반의 홀 내부에 충분히 전달하고, 수밀차단캡 외주면에 오링밴드를 장착하여 해체용 용기가 홀 내부에서 움직이지 않고 고정될 수 있도록 하며, 홀과 주머니 및 수밀차단캡 사이의 공간에 충진재를 주입하여 틈새를 채움으로써 해체용 용기를 홀 내부에 더욱 단단하게 고정시킴과 아울러 무소음화학팽창제의 팽창효율이 극대화되도록 한 무소음화학팽창제를 이용한 해양암반 해체공법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 (a) 일단에 개구부를 갖는 탄성재질의 주머니와, 양단이 개방되며 내주면에 나사산이 형성된 수밀차단캡과, 탄성재질의 오링밴드를 준비하는 단계; (b) 주머니의 개구부에 수밀차단캡의 타단을 삽입하고 주머니를 수밀차단캡에 고정시키는 단계; (c) 수밀차단캡의 외주면에 탄성재질의 오링밴드를 씌운 후 해체할 해양암반의 홀에 주머니와 수밀차단캡을 삽입하는 단계; (d) 외주면에 나사산이 형성된 1차 체결용 파이프를 호스의 단부에 연결하고, 1차 체결용 파이프를 수밀차단캡에 나사결합하는 단계; 및 (e) 호스를 통해 주머니 내부로 무소음화학팽창제(SCDA)를 주입하는 단계를 포함하는, 무소음화학팽창제를 이용한 해양암반 해체공법을 제공한다.
